Fracture Care in Trauma Surgery by Dr. Markus Windolf

AO Foundation is a non-profit organization that focuses its services and resources on education and research for surgical treatment of trauma and musculoskeletal disorders. We have invited Dr Markus Windolf, Deputy and Area Leader in Biomedical and Concept Development to sitem-insel, where he talks about the translational process at AO Foundation in Davos and how innovation is at the heart of the organization.

We are looking forward to welcome Dr. Markus Windolf to sitem-insel for his presentation «Innovation for improving fracture care in trauma surgery: Translational Medicine at the AO Foundation Davos».

Dr. Markus Windolf has studied abroad and in Germany, and been part of the AO Foundation Davos since 2004. In 2010, he was appointed Deputy Program Leader of the Biomedical Development Program and became Leader of the Focus Area Concept Development. With his extensive experience and innovation-driven focus, Markus Windolf will allow insight in the works of a organization that strives to transform surgery as we know it and improve the lifes of patients.
